Current Australian Capital Territory Acts

- Browse by title.
- To search all Acts, use the advanced search and ensure ‘Acts and Ordinances’ is selected in the ‘Legislation category’ section.
- To search within a particular Act, locate the Act then click on the ‘search this title’ link.
- PDF versions of Acts are authorised.

- Type in the name of the Act in the ‘keywords’ field and the year in the ‘year from’ field. Set the jurisdiction to ‘ACT’ and the document type to ‘principal Act’.
- Each Act on Lawlex has a ‘home page’ – click on the title of the Act to link to the current version of the Act on the ACT Legislation Register website.
- The Act homepage also includes links to the Second Reading speech and explanatory statement.
- You can also browse legislation by subject – scroll down past the alphabetic index to find the subject index.
