    • Coverage: 1989-
    • Browse current bills by title.
    • Browse all bills by year.
    • To search bills, use the advanced search and select ‘bills’ in the ‘legislation category’ section of the screen.
    • The home page for each bill includes a link to the explanatory statement.
    • Also contains exposure draft bills from 2003-
    • Provided by the ACT Government.

    • Coverage: 2002-
    • Only contains the first print of the bill (i.e. as first introduced into Parliament).
    • Click on the ‘download’ tab once you have located the bill to access the PDF version.
    • Click on the ‘related items’ tab to access the explanatory statement.
Lawlex
  • Coverage: current bills only
  • Type in the name of the bill in the ‘keywords’ field and the year in the ‘year from’  field. Set the jurisdiction to ‘ACT’ and the document type to ‘Bill’.
  • Each bill on Lawlex has a ‘home page’ – click on the title of the bill to link to the latest version of the bill on the ACT Legislation Register. Also includes links to the explanatory statement and the Second Reading speech.
