- “Certain historical versions of Acts from 1991 onwards are available on the website. Since 1 January 2004 a strict policy of publishing separate versions for separate commencement and cessation dates has been adopted to provide point in time access to the law.”

- Use the advanced search to run a full text search. Select ‘Historical’ in the ‘versions’ section. Results are listed in reverse chronological order.
- Also includes information about where to find details of Acts repealed prior to 1 January 1976.
