  • Browse by title –  current session or previous sessions.
  • To search full text, use the advanced search. Select ‘Bills’ in the category section and ‘current’ (for current session bills) and/or ‘historical’ (for previous sessions) in the versions section.
AustLII
    • Coverage: 2002-
    • Browse by title or by year.
    • Use ‘name search’ to search the titles of bills.
    • Use ‘database search’ to search the full text of bills.
    • Click on the ‘download’ tab once you have located the bill to access versions formatted for printing etc.
Lawlex
  • Coverage: current bills only
  • Type in the name of the bill in the ‘keywords’ field and the year in the ‘year from’  field. Set the jurisdiction to ‘SA’ and the document type to ‘Bill’.
  • Each bill on Lawlex has a ‘home page’ – click on the title of the bill to link to the latest version of the bill on the South Australian Legislation website.
